Sarasota Bay Dolphin Research

Program is the longest on going

dolphin study in the world!

Join a marine biologist on this two hour cruise and learn about the lifestyles and behavior of our local population of bottlenose dolphins.

Come to understand their hunting techniques, physical adaptations, and social hierarchy. You will also learn of the effects brought on by humankind and what is being done to protect this magnificent species.

 

All of our biologists have been trained by the Sarasota Bay Explorers in cooperation with Mote Marine Laboratory to ensure that you receive the latest, most accurate information regarding these marine mammals. This trip is essential for any dolphin enthusiast!
